A nurse at a California senior center refused to give a dying patient CPR because it was against company policy. The nurse called 9-1-1 when Lorainne Bayless collapsed, but refused to give CPR, despite repeated pleas. She instructed to perform CPR, the nurse refused saying that the facility rules prohibited her from doind so.
