Is it a crime to demand a reward to return something you found?  Kinda sounds like extortion to me.  But, who's to say if you found it in the first place?  No one could prove it right?  Well, what if you forgot you had it, but remembered after you saw the "lost" poster offering a reward?  Bonnie Land tried to return the ring in exchange for the reward, but was instead arrested for stealing.  Can you spell l-a-w-s-u-i-t?  Bonne can.  Check out the story here?
