- I've been married to my wife Susan for over 17 years. She is a social worker and volunteers each year as Neal's assistant for the B-93 Roofsit for Kids. My youngest son Ben (13) had major brain surgery for seizures in Aug '05 He is completely recovered! Other son Harry is 16 wants to be a Naturalist/Vet.
- �� My big life changing experience was motorcycle accident during the Roofsit in Sept '06. It was humbling to have so many listener's praying for me during my 6 operations. I was off the air for 6 weeks and in a wheelchair for about 5-6 months. Since then I have experienced complete Kidney failure and have been on dialysis for 2 years. Spring of 2010 I organized TEAM CONRAD for the National Kidney Foundation of Michigan. Our Kidney Walks in May Did over 100K.WOW!
- ��� I was blessed in Jan 2011 with a kidney transplant from Listener/Donor Kristin O'Leary from Grandville.� I have so much to be thankful for..but especially for your thoughts & prayers. Rare 1913 Nickel Fetches Over $3.1M At Auction!

This authentic 1913 Liberty Head nickel that was hidden in a Virginia closet for 41 years after its owners were mistakenly told it was a fake. The nickel is one of only five known and was sold Thursday April 25, 2013 at an auction conducted by Heritage Auctions in the Chicago suburb of Schaumburg, Ill., for $3,172,500

Boston Bombing Survivor's Inspiring Message: Meet Heather Abbott!

An incredibly poised and positive Boston Marathon bombing survivor, Heather Abbott, told reporters today she's "overwhelmed" by the outpouring of support she's received after having her leg amputated below the knee.
Heather was injured by one of the shrapnel-packed bombs set off in the attack, which wounded more than 200 and killed three people. At least 14 of the wounded have had amputations.

Reese Witherspoon Arrested: Actress, Husband Jim Toth Arrested And Jailed For DUI Incident
Reese Witherspoon and husband Jim Toth were arrested early Friday in a DUI-related incident in Atlanta, Ga.
Variety reports that the Oscar-winning actress and her husband (who was driving) were pulled over early Friday morning after a cop noticed the car driving in the wrong lane.
