A Nashville lawyer opposing a bill in Tennessee concerning ticket scalping says the manager for Eric Church and the Black Keys offered him tickets in exchange for changing his mind on testimony.

Attorney John Ray Clemmons says band manager Fielding Logan tried to sway him with Black Keys tickets. Logan says he did offer tickets to Clemmons, but only to demonstrate how easily paperless tickets can be transferred to charities. He denies ever asking Clemmons to refrain from giving testimony in front of state legislators. Supporters of the bill say it targets online hoarding, price gouging and forgeries. Opponents of the bill say it would affect the legitimate transfer of tickets
