Looks like Brantley Gilbert decided to put a ring on it…Jana Kramer‘s finger that is. According to People, Brantley decided to give himself a birthday present when he popped the question to girlfriend of four months, Jana Kramer in Nashville on Sunday.

“We could not be happier!” the couple tell PEOPLE exclusively in a statement from their rep. “We are so excited to share this special time with our loved ones and cannot wait to start the rest of our lives together.”

Brantley rented out the historic Ryman Auditorium for the day, which is where he asked Jana to be his wife.

I was so surprised!” admits Kramer, 29. “He asked my mom for permission before he proposed, which meant a lot to me.”

This is Brantley’s first marriage. Jana was briefly married to to actor Johnathon Schaech in 2010.
