12 year old Bailey O'Neill turned 12 on Saturday. The next day his life support was turned off, and he died. Bailey was beaten up by two bullies on his school playground during recess. He suffered a consussion and a broken nose. The concussion led to seizures and eventually brain death.
The two bullies were kicked out of school for two days. No criminal charges have been filed.
