Grand Rapids Judge Paul Sullivan told Kent County Prosecutor William Forsyth to mind his own Beeswax this morning, and lifted the dope smoking injunction.
Forsyth is suing saying Grand Rapids voters may not change local laws decriminalizing marijunia. The judge went along with voters and as of this moment, anyone holding less than 2.5 ounces is subject to a ticket and nothing more!
