Realtor.com just released their annual list of America’s hottest housing markets. They based their determinations on how quickly properties sell, as well as how frequently homes are viewed in each zip code, with homes in the top ten selling in 21 days, which is 50 days faster than the rest of the country. For the second year in a row, the top zip code is Watauga, Texas (76148) where median home prices are about $160,441, with homes averaging about 18 days on the market.
